My Beautiful June! :)

My June was full of many events and good times! My garden is growing very well and my Sunflowers are getting Huge!!! :) They are even bigger now!! :) My garden has also attracted different butterflies... :) The zebra stripped butterfly was difficult to get a picture of because it would not keep still. :)

I also had many wonderful nights looking at the beautiful moon and stary nights!! :) Though I was not able to get a picture of the stary nights! :)

We also one night, while watching a movie, had an owl take a break on our swing set, which is right outside our window when watching a movie. :) I was only able to get one picture of him before he flew off...

 

And last but not least I had lots of great food in June, either a birthday party, or a visit to wonderful brothers, or just a summer evening I was very well feed. :) Here is one of my favorite little cakes I had on my brothers birthday. Chocolate cake, icing and Reese Peanut Butter Cups on top! :) Yummy!!!

Purple Flower Card

This is a card I made for my mom and it turned out so well I have decided to put it in my card collection for sale!! :) It comes in any color that flowers come in! :) And of course the white paper inside would not already have something written on it. :) Card and envelope would be eight dollars... :)

Birthday Flowers/Daisy's

I recently had a birthday and I don't know about you but I absolutely LOVE my birthday!! My family always makes me feel soo special!! :) Grateful to my Lord for such a wonderful and very giving family! :) So, as one of my many special gifts that I received, the flowers below were one of my favorites. :) My mother and father purchased them for me on the day of my birthday! Daisy's are my favorite flower and this bouquet has lasted for over a week now!! They still sit in my room today looking beautiful!! :) Here are some pictures that I took of them....

Okay, so I've been watching (well trying to watch) my calorie intake over the last several months, though June has not been a very good month for few calories, :) but anyway on my birthday I took a huge break from watching what I ate. :) Here is one of the many desserts that I ate that day... (Two-tone brownies).... I also had a cake that my wonderful mother made and quite a bit of ice-cream. :) As a suggestion for any peanut butter lovers out there, Peanut Butter on Chocolate ice-cream is Amazing!! I just spread it on a bowl of chocolate ice-cream and put chocolate syrup on top and it is really good, in my opinion of course! :)

A quick hello!

As life is quite busy at the moment I haven't been posting as often as I was or would like. However, I thought I would at least post a hello to all of you and let you know what I hope to be posting soon. :) I have been busy with my camera in last month, and with events! :) I hope to post some pictures of some more flowers, some butterflies, food, the moon, people, portraits, sale items, and the CHEF conference that I recently came back from!! :-) All of that and of course a little of what I've been up to! :) I hope you all's summer is going fantastic!!

New Leaves

 

 This picture has an interesting story to it. One of my brothers and I used to climb trees in our forest all the time! Well we had a favorite tree that when we climbed to the top you could see over the tops of some of the other trees. I loved climbing that tree! Well, for a Christmas gift one year I decided to climb to the top of that tree with my camera to get a picture so has my brother would have it always as a memory. :-) The picture wasn't as good as the real thing, but the moment he saw it he knew exactly where I got it from! :) It was interesting climbing the tree, 1st without him, and 2nd with a camera!! :) I almost dropped the camera twice!! It was my little point-and-shoot camera though, the only camera I had at the time. :) 

It was worth the climb though!!! :-)

More Busy Fun!!!

First I want to say Happy Memorial Day to all of you!! I am so grateful to the people who fought, bleed and died for our freedom, and to those who still are fighting, defending and dieing for it! We watched a war movie last night and went to the parade this morning! I was reminded of the soldiers who fought willingly for the freedom we have today! I am always glad to see true patriotism and honor given to our brave soldiers! I love my country and pray for it often...

So, I haven't been on here for a while.... Hello to everyone!! I enjoyed catching up on all the blogs I follow! :) What's been keeping me busy?? Well, quite a bit actually. I've been sewing, watching siblings, spring cleaning, helping and attending a wedding, :-) and other little things!!!  I'd have to say watching my siblings for five days and helping out with the wedding has been the most enjoyable things I've been doing! Here are a few pictures from the wedding, I got a LOT of pictures!!!!!! The groom is like a brother to me! His family Is family. :) It is always a joy to see them!! So glad God gives me such wonderful friends!!!!!!! :-)
