Here is another sample of a wedding invitation that I made. :)

This wedding invitation measures 4 inches wide by 6 inches tall.
There are so many different things one can do with an invitation like this. You can place a picture under the velum, also I have seen a picture printed on the velum and the writing written underneath on the regular paper. You can have the paper stamped or plain. Instead of "You're Invited" you could have something else stamped there, such as a favorite verse, saying, or maybe even your name's. Depending on what stamps are available. :) Basically any color arrangement can be done on any of the invitations.
 Also, of course there are many fonts available. The choices are plenty.

Wedding Invitations-Purple

Here is another Invitation Design. It's folded to fit into a business size envelope. It's stamped all over with a fancy design and edged with a white stamp pad. It has been tied shut with a wide see-through white ribbon and then a smaller see-through purple ribbon on top. The text inside is printed on regular white paper and overlaid with velum. The envelope has been edged with purple and has had two hearts pasted onto the front. This invitation can be made into any color design you want. Changes to it are welcome. :)

Invitation Price- (inculding everything, envelope, insert, and ribbon) $2.60 per one
$2.00 for the invitation, $0.50 for the ribbon, $0.15 for the envelope, $0.20 for the insert.

This is a wedding invitation that I made this morning. It is a simple design and easy to make. The colors, and text can be changed to whatever color and font you want.

The prices range anywhere from $1.10 a card to $7.00 a card.

Wedding Invitations

Jessica and Tyler's Wedding Invitations- $1.75 a card
Jessica came to me for their wedding invitations with a design in mind. She gave me a rough idea of what she wanted and I made up several different invitations for her to choose from. After looking them over, she added a few more touches and we settled on this one. She also got turquoise edged white envelopes ($0.15 each) to go with them. She was great to work with and they were fun to make!!

Nicolas and Alissa's Wedding Invitations.
Nicolas is my brother, the first to marry. Nicolas and Alissa when planning their wedding decided they wanted invitations with a personal touch. This is what we ended up with. :) These invitations are what got me started. The design is originally my best friend's, though of course we changed it some. I stamped a lot of different designs before Alissa and Nicolas chose one. Putting them together was a lot of fun and work!! I had help from all my family though! When I (we) got all the pieces to the invitation made we had an Invitation assembly party. Nicolas and Alissa invited whoever they wanted, mostly family and the wedding party. It was a lot of fun! This is still my favorite invitation!!

This is an Invitation I made a little while ago. I made it to go into my collection of designs. Coming up with new designs can be difficult sometimes. For I have to be careful not to steal another designers' design. I have found though, looking for invitations, that most companies only have a set design and a few colors in that design. I can do basically any color that paper comes in, and am willing to take designs and change them so as to make it your own design.

 If you have any ideas for a wedding invitation, I would love to hear them!

                                    Hand made and Hand Designed Wedding Invitations

Trevor and Hannah's Wedding Invitations

Trevor is another one of my brothers. The most recent to have married. Their wedding colors were red and white and Hannah's flowers were roses. Trevor actually was the main designer here. Hannah had found an invitation she had liked with hearts on the front, but it was all white and she really wanted red. So, Trevor came to me. I made up a few designs for him, but they weren't quite what he was thinking. However after looking them over, he came up with the idea of the hearts being placed on the front with their names. The design then grew with more and more ideas until it ended up like this. :) The hearts with their name on them however did have to be hand cut, making it a little more difficult. My best friend helped me out, making it that much more enjoyable! :) Trevor and Hannah also had an invitation assembly party. Family and friends came to help put them together. Very fun to watch though, for the party ended up being mostly guys!! It was great seeing them all around the table sticking hearts together, edging envelopes, and double stick taping paper together. They did go target shooting afterward though. :)
